DONATION REFUND POLICY

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are usually non-refundable, but if you made a mistake when donating or changed your mind about contributing to our organization, please contact us. Money is returned to the original method of payment. If you donated by credit/debit card/mobile money, your refund will be credited to the same credit/debit card/mobile account within 7 working days.
