AMAN (Association for Mass Advancement Network) is a non-profit development organization founded by a group of dedicated philanthropists. Since establishment, AMAN has been serving the humanity through a diverse array of initiatives spanning Health, Education, Safe Water and Sanitation, Rehabilitation, Humanitarian Response and Support, Disaster Management, Women Empowerment, Human Care, Climate Change and Adaptation, and other tailored programs extended to individuals regardless of race, creed, caste, gender, religion, ethnicity, or nationality in compliance with gender equality and social inclusion (GESI).

Guided by the principles of human dignity, rights-based development, and inclusive growth, AMAN works to expand access to quality education, healthcare, sustainable livelihoods, and social protection.
Our mission is to reduce socio-economic inequalities by fostering community resilience, promoting gender equity, advancing environmental sustainability, and protecting human rights. AMAN plays a vital role in disaster preparedness and response, delivering timely and coordinating relief to communities affected by natural and man-made crises, including the forcibly displaced Rohingya population in Cox’s Bazar.
We engage in strategic partnerships with government bodies, international agencies, civil society, and donors to contribute meaningfully to national development priorities and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through capacity building, skill development, advocacy, and inclusive service delivery, AMAN strives to unlock the potential of individuals and communities, enabling them to lead self-reliant, dignified lives.
In every intervention, AMAN upholds transparency, accountability, and community ownership— ensuring that programs are responsive to local needs and rooted in long-term sustainability. Our work is driven by the belief that empowered communities are the foundation of a peaceful, prosperous, and just society.

AMAN’s work spans across 369 upazila, 46 districts and 8 divisions in Bangladesh, focusing on some of the most vulnerable and underserved populations, including marginalized groups, ethnic and religious minorities, people with disabilities, and gender-diverse individuals. Since 2o2o, the number of population has been covered by AMAN through its different activities is over 2,001,871. Our key interventions are concentrated in disaster-prone and conflict-affected regions, urban slums, rural communities, and refugee camps in Cox’s Bazar district.
