Our mission is to reduce socio-economic inequalities by fostering community resilience, promoting gender equity, advancing environmental sustainability, and protecting human rights. AMAN plays a vital role in disaster preparedness and response, delivering timely and coordinating relief to communities affected by natural and man-made crises, including the forcibly displaced Rohingya population in Cox’s Bazar.
We engage in strategic partnerships with government bodies, international agencies, civil society, and donors to contribute meaningfully to national development priorities and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through capacity building, skill development, advocacy, and inclusive service delivery, AMAN strives to unlock the potential of individuals and communities, enabling them to lead self-reliant, dignified lives.
In every intervention, AMAN upholds transparency, accountability, and community ownership— ensuring that programs are responsive to local needs and rooted in long-term sustainability. Our work is driven by the belief that empowered communities are the foundation of a peaceful, prosperous, and just society.

By 2028, we aim to empower vulnerable and marginalized communities to achieve sustainable well-being, economic self-reliance, social inclusion, and resilience through integrated humanitarian, development, and climate-responsive programs.
Our strategy focuses on eight key priorities:
Health & Well-being: Expand access to quality healthcare, nutrition, maternal and child health, mental health, disability support, and preventive services, reaching over 1 million people through 10 strengthened health facilities.
Education: Ensure inclusive, quality learning by operating 15 Learning Centers, 5 Child Development Centers, and supporting 10,000 students, including Rohingya and host communities.
Livelihoods: Promote economic resilience through 50 Integrated Skill Development Centers, entrepreneurship, employment pathways, and livelihood support for ultra-poor households.
Food Security: Reduce hunger through emergency and seasonal food assistance, social protection, and targeted support for vulnerable groups, benefiting over 1 million people.
WASH & Infrastructure: Improve access to safe water, sanitation, and climate-resilient infrastructure by installing 10,000 water wells, 3,000 hygienic sanitation facilities, and resilient shelters.
Climate Action: Build environmental resilience by planting 100 million trees, promoting climate adaptation, water harvesting, and community awareness.
Humanitarian Response: Strengthen disaster preparedness and rapid emergency response for floods, cyclones, fires, displacement, and other humanitarian crises.
Inclusion & Protection: Foster equitable development by supporting 10,000 persons with disabilities, strengthening safeguarding and accountability systems, and promoting active community participation in every intervention.
