Urgent Appeal for Support After Devastating Fire in Rohingya Camps
In the wake of the ongoing struggles faced by the Rohingya community, particularly those who sought refuge in Bangladesh after the traumatic events in Myanmar, another calamity has befallen them. A massive fire has swept through the camps, leaving around 10 thousand houses destroyed and countless lives shattered. In these challenging times, the Humanitarian Hands for Relief and Development (HHRD) has stepped forward to provide immediate support.
The Rohingya people, having already endured the consequences of war and displacement, now find themselves grappling with the aftermath of a devastating fire. Homes, possessions, and livelihoods have been lost once again, compounding the hardships faced by this resilient community. This dire situation is further exacerbated for those with physical challenges, who now confront the daunting task of rebuilding their lives from scratch.
