Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, skilled, and tech-savvy Assistant Manager (Media & IT) to strengthen AMAN’s digital presence and communication activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in photography, videography, video editing, web design, and troubleshooting, and will be responsible for managing media production, designing digital content, and ensuring smooth IT-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Media and IT team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
- Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for organizational events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Design, update, and maintain the organization’s website and ensure smooth functionality.
- Supervise IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure reliable IT infrastructure.
- Oversee the creation of digital content (graphics, videos, infographics) for social media and campaigns.
- Ensure proper digital archiving and management of all media and IT resources.
- Coordinate with program and communication teams to develop media strategies that support organizational goals.
- Ensure all media materials comply with organizational branding and quality standards.
- Contribute to organizational decision-making on digital transformation and IT systems development.
- Prepare high-quality project proposals, donor submissions, and reports related to media and IT activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Certificate/ Diploma Course in Multimedia/ IT will be given preference
- 2–4 years of professional experience in photography, video editing, web design, and IT troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.
- Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress preferred) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
