Job Context
We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual for the position of Executive – Admin. The incumbent will be responsible for handling administrative operations, logistics, compliance, and office management to ensure smooth organizational functioning. The position requires proven experience and strong initiative, with the ability to work independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities, including office management, logistics, and procurement support.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies, and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Manage travel, transport, accommodation, and event arrangements.
- Ensure safety, security, and compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders as required.
- Supervise support staff (drivers, cleaners, messengers, etc.) and ensure efficiency in their roles.
- Assist in administrative budgeting and cost-control measures.
- Prepare periodic reports and support senior management in decision-making.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Management.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related discipline from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Administration/Office Management.
- Experience in NGO/INGO/Corporate sector administration will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of general administration, procurement, logistics, and compliance issues.
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
