Job Title: Jr. Executive/ Executive (Program Implementation)
Location: Dhaka
Job Responsibilities
- (AMAN) Association for Mass Advancement Network is a non-profit development organization established in 1995 with aims to develop the socio-economic conditions and human rights of poor, destitute and vulnerable segment of the society.
- Job Location: Dhaka, Head Office
Key Responsibilities
- Implement project activities according to the work plan.
- Mobilize and engage community members, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Monitor and document project progress and report to the supervisor.
- Ensure timely collection of data, records, and feedback.
- Maintain strong coordination with team members, local authorities, and partners.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in community development or project implementation (fresh graduates with strong commitment may apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to project areas.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting skills.
