Job Title: Sr Executive/ Assistant Manager (Skill Development)
Job Responsibilities
- (AMAN) Association for Mass Advancement Network is a non-profit development organization established in 1995 with aims to develop the socio-economic conditions and human rights of poor, destitute and vulnerable segment of the society.
- Job Location: Dhaka, Head Office
The responsibilities shall include but not be limited to as follows
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Skill Center.
- Ensure admission of trainees in various areas like care-giving, sewing machine operations, and Driving.
- Coordinate training schedules, classes, and workshops.
- Liaise with trainers, trainees, and partner organizations.
- Maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and training outcomes.
- Monitor inventory of training materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Organize outreach and promotional activities to attract participants.
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
- Prepare regular progress and performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in training coordination, education, or project management.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Commitment to capacity-building and community development.
