Financial planning and budgeting for projects and organisational growth.
Managing costs, assets, and liabilities with accuracy and integrity.
Monitoring investments and cash flow to ensure sustainable use of resources.
Maintaining donor funds, grants, and project accounts with strict compliance.
Overseeing employee benefits and statutory obligations including provident funds, gratuity, salary, tax, and loans.
Preparing consolidated monthly and annual financial statements that reflect our performance and commitments.
Our finance team follows the rules and regulations of the NGO Affairs Bureau, Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA), and other national regulatory bodies, upholding global best practices in financial management.
